Body Fat measurement is a useful tool which indicates the percentage of fat in our body.
This indicator shows our general good or bad – increased risk of morbidity – health condition.
Knowing your body fat percentage help us to give you necessary directions on improving your diet and to design your workout program.
The measurement is done every 2-3 months in order to monitor your improvement, by redefining
your fitness program.
Useful tips for accurate measurement:
- No exercise for the last 12 hours
- Not drinking alcohol, soft drinks and caffeine the day before
- 3 hours after eating and minimal fluid intake
Duration of service: 15 ‘ – 20’.
