High intensity training using the technology of platform vibrations. You can achieve massive activation of muscle fibbers, for a few seconds (30 ” – 60 ”) per exercise. This time is more than sufficient to achieve optimum strength and full body exercise.
10 minutes of exercise on Power Plate is equivalent to 60 minutes of conventional resistance training.
The vibration workout lasts 20 minutes, saving time.
Due to the high intensity workout, is recommended to apply 2-3 times a week (always with supervision), with intermediate rest breaks and in combination with aerobic exercise at the end of each training.
